What To Expect


The Rebuild Method is a 12-week online coaching programme designed to create lasting change, not just in your body, but in your habits, mindset, identity and emotional resilience.

It is delivered entirely online, so you can access it wherever you are. There are no group webinars, no cookie-cutter videos and no surface-level advice. This is one to one structured support, built around you.

Weekly One to One Coaching

You will have one 60-minute coaching session each week via video call directly with Dan. These sessions are focused, practical and challenging in the right ways. They are not therapy. They are designed to help you reflect, take ownership, identify patterns, and build the structure you need to move forward. We will talk, plan and troubleshoot, not just reflect but take action.

Reflective Work and Weekly Tools

Alongside each coaching session, you will receive targeted tasks to complete. This is not heavy written homework or abstract self-help content. It is reflective work designed to create clarity and direction. You will be guided through journaling, value-setting, identity work and decision-making tools that keep you grounded and focused between sessions.

You will never be left trying to figure it out on your own. The tasks support what we talk about in your sessions and are built to move with your life, not overwhelm it.

Optional Community Support

You will have access to a private community space. This is not a motivational chatroom. It is a small, carefully guided space for people going through the same journey. You can use it as much or as little as you like. Some peoples prefer full privacy. Others find shared insight and connection to be a powerful motivator.

There is no pressure. Only support.

Nutrition and Movement Guidance

This programme is not personal training, but physical health is a core part of rebuilding. You will receive a calorie recommendation based on your goals, with simple movement or strength-based options if needed. There is no requirement to go to a gym. This is about helping your body support your mind and your habits, not pushing extreme routines. We will get into how your movement, nutrition, body and mind are all linked.

Programme Access and Delivery

All calls take place via Zoom or a secure platform. Session notes, tools and resources are shared privately. The programme begins with a 90-minute assessment session where we map out your story, goals and needs. From there, you begin your 12-week journey with one to one support and a clear structure.

You will not be left to figure things out between sessions. Support is structured, consistent and designed to help you finally move forward — with full accountability and honesty.
