The Rebuild Method is designed for people who feel like they have tried everything. It is for those who are ready to change, but do not want another short-term fix. You might be:

• Using or preparing to come off GLP 1 medications like Ozempic

• Battling low self-worth, burnout, or identity loss

You do not have to be healed to begin. You do not have to be fit to start. You just need to be honest with yourself, and ready to do the work.

What You Will Get
This is a high-support, practical programme that runs for 12 weeks and includes:
• Weekly one to one coaching calls
• A structured programme with clear themes and tools
• Personal calorie guidance and simple movement support
• Private peer group access (optional)
• A coaching path for GLP 1 users if relevant
You will not be doing this alone, but you will be doing it for yourself.

How It Works
Everything is delivered online. You do not need to travel or change your work schedule.
The structure is designed to help you build strength mentally, emotionally and physically without becoming overwhelmed. It is not therapy. It is not a PT plan. But it includes the parts of both that actually help.
You will reflect, journal, plan, and take action — with guidance and accountability. You will learn how to rebuild from the inside out. That includes your habits, routines, food beliefs, mindset, and how you respond when life gets hard again.
This is about becoming someone who leads themselves.

What It Costs
The full programme costs:
• £4,500 for self-funded places
• £6,500 for funded or organisational referrals
• Payment plans available through Klarna or Stripe
There is also a pre-assessment consultation for £250, which is deducted from the full cost if you are accepted onto the programme.
